Meet the Robertsons
Your Appraisers for Texas Land, Farms and Ranches
John “Tooter” and Jimma Robertson met while they were undergraduate students at Texas A&M University. Coming from very different parts of the state, he from Marfa (far West Texas), and she from Llano (Hill Country), a few mutual friends and agriculture were about the only things they had in common. Now, twenty-plus years later, the Robertsons have two children, have weathered a lot of moves, and grown up a great deal, since they first said, “I do.” Working together, they created a business that prides itself on serving their clients’ needs.
Residing just north of Boerne, Texas, their agricultural roots are a source of pride for the family. Working alongside Jimma’s parents, they are very involved in the family cattle and hunting operations in Kendall and Kimble Counties. Their children also show interest in the agricultural industry, as both show through 4-H and compete in rodeo events.

More Than Just a Business
Las Lomas Land’s genesis was founded on the Robertsons’ desire to have as much flexibility, as possible, to be with their two children. Next to their faith in God comes their emphasis on family. The Robertsons have made it a habit to treat their clients as if they were family, too, because to them, Las Lomas is more than just a business.
